GROOMED
Big Rock Park is one of my favorite sections of Pete’s Bowl. Coming off Cloud 9, this section is heavily treed, but there are corridors thoughout and it’s groomed quite often. So this means you can cruise through the trees with the enjoyment of a groomed slope. And it has the steepness of a blue but it’s a black because of all the tree glades. Of course this isn’t always groomed and you should always ski or ride the trees with a partner. A big rock in the middle is what this was named for.
